Jamal al-Din Aqsarayi was from the people of Aqsara, located in Anatolia, and was among the religious and intellectual scholars during the reign of Murad I (reigned 761-791 AH); As stated in the introduction of this treatise, it was written in Persian language at the suggestion of Seif al-Dawlah Al-Hajj Shazkaldi Pasha so that it would be more useful and effective for the people of the Ottoman Empire than the Arabic language. This means that scientific works had been written in Arabic at that time. It also shows that the people of that country spoke Persian language at the time of writing the treatise and this language was popular in that region among a special group or all of people. In addition to a brief introduction, <em>Risal</em><em>e-ye</em><em> As’ela va Ajvaba<strong> </strong></em> contains two chapters; The first chapter is on the science of interpretation and the second chapter is on the science of hadith. The author, who was a teacher of religious sciences,  raises questions and answers them. The language of this treatise is clear and  fluent, and the issues and points of interpretation and hadith have been proposed, analyzed, and expressed scholarly and literarily. <em>رسالۀ اسئله و اجوبه </em>را جمال‏‌‌الدّین محمّد آق‏‌‌سرایی (متوفی پیش از 800 هجری)‏‌‌، ‏‌‌ادیب‏‌‌، مفسّر و عالم عثمانی، در قرن هشتم، به زبان فارسی تألیف کرده است. جمال‏‌‌الدّین آق‏‌‌سرایی از مردم آق‏‌‌سرا‏‌‌، واقع در آناتولی‏‌‌، و در شمار عالمان دینی و عقلی در روزگار مراد یکم عثمانی (حکومت 761-791ق) بود. چنان‌که در مقدّمۀ این رساله آمده است... وی آن را به اشارت «سیف‏‌‌الدّوله‏‌‌ الحاج شاذکلدی پاشا» حاکم اماسیه (783م) به زبان پارسی نوشته است تا برای اهل دیار عثمانی نافع‎تر و موثّرتر باشد. از این عبارت برمی‎آید که آثار تألیفی علمی در آن زمان به زبان عربی بوده است. همچنین نشان از آن دارد که مردم آن دیار در زمان تحریر رساله به زبان پارسی سخن می‎گفته‏‌‌اند و این زبان در آن منطقه و در میان عموم یا گروهی از مردم رواج داشته است. <em>رسالۀ اسئله و اجوبه</em> پس از مقدّمه‏‌‌ای مختصر‏‌‌، در دو باب تألیف شده است؛ باب اوّل در علم تفسیر و باب دوم در علم حدیث. مؤلّف، که خود مدرّس علوم دینی بوده است، سؤالاتی را مطرح می‎کند و بدانها پاسخ می‎گوید. نثر این رساله سلیس و روان است و در آن، مسائل و دقایق تفسیری و حدیثی، با بیانی عالمانه و زبانی ادیبانه، طرح و واکاوی شده است. https://nf.apll.ir/article_177058_057d5c77bf3b98e25a9c89e8cfa9a6b9.pdf
