چکیده

بیتِ «حافظ که سرِ زلفِ بتان دست‌کشش بود/ بس طرفه‌حریفی‌ست کش اکنون به سر افتاد»، در لابه‌لای شروح متعدّد، بسیار بحث‌انگیز بوده‌است. حافظ‌پژوهان در شرح یا تفسیر این بیت کوشیده، و نظریّات خویش را گفته، یا به نقدِ نظرِ دیگران پرداخته‌اند. درواقع، با وجود رواج سه گونه نگاه تشریحی، تفسیری و تأویلی به غزل حافظ، ابهام برخی از این‌گونه ابیات، به سبب پیچیدگی یا دیریابیِ نحوی و بلاغی، همچنان باقی است؛ برخی از شروح دیوان حافظ به‌سادگی از تفسیر دقیق و روشمند ابیات دشوار یا مبهم چشم پوشیده‌اند یا، به‌علّت بی‌توجّهی به ویژگی‌های نحوی و بلاغی، از عهدۀ تبیین و تحلیل مناسب آن برنیامده‌اند. کمتر شارحی در این بیت به ساختار نحوی کلام حافظ توجّه کرده‌است؛ در این مقاله کوشش شده‌است که، با در نظر گرفتن ساخت و بافتِ جمله و جنبه‌های دستوری و نکته‌های بلاغی، خصوصاً استعارۀ تهکّمیّه، مشکل این بیت حل شود.

“So Amazing a Rival.’’ Contemplation on a Controversial Verse by Hāfiz

چکیده [English]

Hāfiz who used to touch sweethearts’ braids by his hand Now has met a rival who is no match for.”
This verse of Hāfiz has been so controversial among the researchers of Hāfiz. Some have tried to interpret this verse while others have criticized other researchers and scholars. In spite of the prevalence of three explanatory, interpretative, and hermeneutic views of the ghazals of Hāfiz, some of his verses still remain ambiguous due to syntactical and rhetorical complexities. Most interpreters and exegetes of Hāfiz have simply neglected an accurate and systematic interpretation of difficult verses, or because of neglecting the syntax or rhetoric, they have failed to analyze them. Few exegetes have paid attention to the syntactic structure of this verse. As a result, the present study aims to solve this problem by considering the syntactical structure of the verse and rhetorical points.
