In this article, the introduction of the standard vocabulary of Qoim words by the Kashmiri criminal (thirteenth century) has been discussed. The unique copy of this culture with the number D-1/84481 is kept in the University of the Punjab, Lahore. The standard of strong words is arranged alphabetically and in two parts of words and allusions, and it contains 31 main chapters and 365 sub-chapters. In the allusion section, which comes at the end of the culture, 119 allusive terms and 169 verses from Shahnameh Shahid are given. The total number of Shahnameh verses in the text and allusions is 3426 verses and the total number of entries in the text and allusions is 1865 entries, of which 117 entries are place names and 186 are person names. Some entries of this culture are not seen in other cultures of Shahnameh, and the recording of some of its witnesses is not the same as their strong form in the current and famous editions of Shahnameh
